My wife and I wanted to buy a sauna from an Austrian company. After the purchase and the 50% down payment, a Slovenian company contacted us and gave us a very inflexible installation date. After the late installation date given, 2 fitters arrived at 1/2 noon and started the installation. We were told to pay the remaining 50% beforehand. At 17:30 the fitters informed us that they had taken the wrong glass with them. After inquiring, we were informed the next day that the glass would be installed the following week. This week we were called to say that they would deliver the glass next week. If you want to buy carefree, this is not the right place.

How fairy tales come true.
Do you dream about your own swimspa? Are you afraid of the worries associated with it?
Visit the Beta Wellness showroom in Vösendorf. Mr. Dominik Hübner explains everything very patiently and finally tells you a fairy tale that if you decide for Beta swimspa, it will be installed and in operation in two days after delivery ... hm, who believes that ?
We ordered anyway. Nine days after the down payment Harald (Mr. Kanzler) arrived with his team from HK Poolbau. In one day the swimspa was completely dug into the ground, filled in and filled with water. The next day Thomas (Mr. Eder) from Beta Wellness arrived. The pool was switched on, everything was carefully explained and shown and put into operation ...
Since then I believe in fairy tales again .

Many thanks to Mr. Franz Kuttenberger for the great advice on our purchase of a Fully 585.
The transaction went very smoothly. Our swim-up pool was delivered on time.
BETA fitter Andre' managed the not-so-easy installation of the pool perfectly.
The commissioning by Andre' was extremely competent. His instructions were very clear and provided good tips and advice on how to operate the pool.
Many thanks again to Mr. Kuttenberger and especially to Andre'.
We can only recommend BETA to everyone.

We have now been the proud owners of an Infinity 460 for 3 months. From the sale (Garten Tulln trade fair), delivery and commissioning, everything went smoothly. The cover had a tear and will be replaced. Can only recommend the company.

The whirlpool is very good and the advice and sale was excellent.
The delivery was very poor, unscheduled, the carrier did not speak German or English (Bulgarian) the equipment brought to install was unsuitable for carrying across the lawn, it was a pallet jack and not the device shown online.
the technician was excellent, competent and very friendly.
