Mr. Kupzig does a very good job.
He is very easy to contact, takes care of things and responds very quickly and is very interested in finding a good solution. That's as good as it gets.
The care itself on site can only be influenced and organized to a limited extent by the agency. Ultimately, it depends on whether the patient and caregiver get on well together. And that can hardly be predicted in advance.
But here, too, Mr. Kupzig is always very patient.

After the sudden death of my husband, as well as my 4 night stay in a hospice and yet unexpected discharge, I was looking for an agency that could provide 24-hour help. I did some research on the Internet and called various agencies. But I have to say that I had a good deal with Mr. kupzig. He came to my home for advice and was there to help and advise me, even though I was still under contract with another ACE tue. I was able to ask him about everything. I always got a friendly and honest answer. Because I liked the way Mr. Kupzig stood up for people, I switched to this agency and I have not regretted it. Highly recommended
