We are completely satisfied with the service. It was especially important to us to find a calm and patient caregiver—and that’s exactly what we got. When we needed help on short notice, they responded quickly and reliably, which was a huge relief. We also really appreciate how easy it is to reach them: You can message them at any time and get a prompt reply. That’s not something you can take for granted these days.

The caregiver we found is a real blessing. She is incredibly caring, competent and reliable and has integrated seamlessly into our everyday life. The care and domestic support are carried out with the utmost care and warmth. It is a joy to see how well our relative is developing thanks to this loving care.
