I was kind of "stuck" - I took heart to get out of it.
In my search for support, I came across Sandra.

In a 15-minute phone call, I explained to her where I stood.
In the first of five one-on-one conversations, she immediately established trust, the basic prerequisite for confiding in someone.

With esprit, empathy, sympathy + ease, problem areas were precisely dissected and some dissonances were given room to be balanced with new approaches.
The consistently perceptible appreciation, sensitive presence and well-dosed determination created a liberating atmosphere during the discussions.

Better life is what you get from Sandra - really happy + coherent per you.

I came to Sandra at a time in my life when I didn't know exactly how my professional life was going to develop. Through intensive work on my own potential (including professional personality analysis - Big 5), I was able to give my professional life an incredibly positive turn. During the coaching, I realized that I could take steps that would have a major impact on my career by taking the initiative. Before, I was living a rather passive life. Now I work in an environment that suits me very well and my approach to work has also improved significantly. I now enjoy putting all my energy into my job. It was (and still is) a lot of work, but I am very happy to have taken advantage of the coaching with Sandra.
Investing in yourself and your personal optimization is one of the best investments you can make and Sandra offers particularly helpful support along the way.
