My rather neutral evaluation refers in particular to the performance shown during the actual move. The team was not attuned to each other, in part, especially the unloading was not organized. Why, for example, are small parts first brought into a room and at the end a sofa bed and a cabinet are to be assembled? The damage to the desk was not communicated to me. Only when I asked (and after the desk was temporarily installed) was the damage discussed with me.
At this point, I cannot yet evaluate the handling of the damage.
The organization in advance went smoothly.
In response to inquiries from acquaintances about how the move went, my answer is: "There is room for improvement". This statement sums up my assessment quite well.
