My success coach was Lena. The program ensured that I found myself completely. It has shown me ways to regulate and control my emotions much better, even though I am a very temperamental person. I would say that I am well on my way to finding my way back to relationship happiness and at the same time I can appreciate and enjoy my newfound freedom more and more.

The Experience helped me to come out of the low and the relationship crisis back into my strength and to give a new beginning with my wife a chance. We are now closer than before, respect and express our needs and are in a different relationship depth.

My success coach was Lena. Beyond Breakup has helped me not only in personal relationships, but also in business to get to know new angles and adopt new perspectives. I have learned new strategies to deal with (emotional) situations in a more confident and mature way and can therefore defuse situations better. I've also noticed an improvement in my communication, as I'm more aware of my interactions and have gained a much greater understanding of the underlying emotions and needs. As a result, I can be more solution-oriented and empathic and also formulate my own concerns better and more clearly. My coach is Nicole. We are not in contact often, but the contacts are always very valuable. She is always good in my situation and can always help me further.
Unfortunately, things didn't work out with my relationship, but that's not the program's fault.

My personal success coach was Lena. I found Lena to be very personable and was very satisfied with the choice of coach. I also found the coaches in the focus calls to be very likeable and competent. The variety of messages from Ralf and Felix also brought diversity to the process and provided different inspirations. Through the entire program, I learned a lot more acceptance and received a variety of exercises that will also accompany me in my time after the program.

Lena has accompanied me very well over several months! Even after 5 years of active personal development, it always has a different quality when an expert opens up a space for you to release emotional wounds or beliefs. I have had a strong development in the perception of my thoughts, emotions and the resulting behaviors. I particularly notice a development in my relationship with myself, my sexuality, my goals, the relationship with my loved ones, as well as professional relationships. Specifically, I can now hold eye contact with more confidence, express my feelings more clearly or regulate my nervous system when I feel impatient or stressed.
I can recommend this program to anyone who is going through an emotionally difficult phase, because you are given the space during this time to release precisely these emotions and then put them into practice with the appropriate practical tips.

What particularly helped me personally was that my coach Lena was always there for me objectively and responded individually to my needs and emotions at any time of the day or night. This also made it possible to work out bigger issues and then look at and tackle them in the personal coaching sessions. I always had the feeling that this program was about my personal well-being and personal development. The program and especially Lena helped me to learn to reflect in a completely different way and to go through life happier.

A super structured program including the focus calls (some topics were very interesting, but for me individually just not 100% coordinated, which is also not possible in a group / program).
