Above all, the one-on-one coaching was very personalized, and Lisa addressed my specific issues. During the coaching calls, I had a lot of interaction with the other participants and heard about the challenges they described. That also gave me plenty of resources for finding solutions.

Angelina has been a great help to me in my difficult situation. I’ve often felt overwhelmed, but Angelina has been able to resolve those feelings with clear guidance. I can tell that I’m making great progress thanks to her support, and I feel very confident about my future. Of course, you can’t always expect a prompt response—she has other responsibilities and a personal life, after all. But when there’s a serious situation and I make that clear to her, she makes time for me as soon as possible.

Angelina and her team provided me with excellent support during a very difficult time in my life. Our sessions are always scheduled at times that work well for me. I really enjoy talking with my coach. Through the coaching, I feel like I’ve gotten to know myself better.

It was a new experience for me to have examined myself so deeply. Here at Beyond Breakup, it was helpful for me to set clear goals and to have been given a roadmap for how to reach them (vision board and other videos). From the very beginning, everything felt very professional to me. I also noticed that everyone on the team brings a wealth of experience to the table.

The calls helped me the most—especially the one-on-one call!

My psychological counseling sessions with Yessica have been nothing but a positive experience for me.
The videos, on the other hand, are insightful in terms of content, but unfortunately I didn’t use them as much because there was no time pressure involved, so I didn’t focus on them as much and tended to prioritize other commitments instead.

The whole package—a little bit of everything (group coaching sessions, one-on-one coaching with Lisa, self-study with the email assignments—which I also had to work through)—had something for everyone. And that’s exactly what makes Beyond Breakup such a great program.
Throughout the entire program, I had the same coach from the very beginning, which really helped me keep making steady progress and achieve my goals.
