I got to know myself in a new way and understood that I need to take more care of myself and that my goals should be more important to me than they were before. Through the personal coaching sessions with Lena, I have learned to manage my emotions a little better. As a result, I think I have become a much more relaxed person.

I received great support from Lena. She answered all my questions quickly and competently. I would recommend beyond breakup to anyone.

I decided to take this step with a lot of skepticism! Fortunately! The skepticism was based on the fact that I could no longer trust anyone due to a very bad experience with a "mediation" and no longer wanted to open up to others! Thank you for giving me a very good feeling right from the start! Yes, the initial period is very exhausting and time-consuming! But I can only recommend anyone who really wants to change something to go down this path! I learned a lot about myself and also learned to do a lot for myself! Special thanks to the coaches from the Focus Calls! Very close to reality and they always managed to understand what I need to change for myself in order to achieve a corresponding external impact! You managed that - but of course I did too 😊! And the biggest thanks go to Nicole, my coach! I was particularly surprised by the calmness and depth she was able to achieve! And that in our first two appointments, one of which was just a coaching session! She opened my eyes very quickly. Thank you for that. I always knew that the situation I was in always involved two people! But Nicole made me understand what I needed to change for myself. Thank you for that! I am happy and above all proud of myself for having made it this far! And that is the most important thing for me for now! The first significant successes are coming in terms of the partnership! However, I am letting time work for me and have learned to be patient and take the pressure off myself. It seems to be working wonders! My success coach was Lena. Her warm, positive manner is very uplifting. I found the individual support, the weekly focus calls and the exercises to be very positive.

I am very pleased that I found the Beyond Breakup team. The concept was a great fit for me. Like every coaching program, the focus is on your own personal development and that was actually the most important added value. I find it a bit overwhelming in terms of speed because there are so many interesting topics covered and everything takes a bit of time and I sometimes found it difficult to tackle all the topics in parallel and in a focused way. I think that the time could be stretched out a bit and you would benefit even more from it. Otherwise really great!

With Lena Wolf at my side as my coach, I felt fully supported and seen. She dealt with my issues empathetically and sensitively.

Whenever I needed help, my coach Michaela was there for me and gave me advice and support. I took a lot away with me and experienced a real change boost. I haven't reached my goal yet, but I'm well on the way.

They say that time heals many wounds. This is certainly true, but Beyond Breakup helped me to shorten this time considerably and explained my development steps to me. You have to open up to the program and are taken by the hand and guided through the difficult time by the good support, the tasks and the assigned coach. My coach Helena always understood my situation and always managed to turn my emotional situation from negative to positive. I was also always able to approach Helena with problems and questions. The response time was very short and the answers were plausible and understandable.
Even if my declared goal could not be achieved, I feel free today and was able to let go of my ex-partner. Only time will tell, at least I'm back to being the "Schmitti" I used to be.

At first I was a bit skeptical, but also desperate because of my situation. I was probably also too impatient.
I also felt blocked and felt that I couldn't really tackle the tasks where I had a bit of a low. But through the coaching calls I was able to take a lot with me and changed my attitude and view and was much more focused on myself, which made me more receptive. The whole coaching team was great and Miriam, my personal coach, was really supportive during this difficult time. Everything I learned was for me. And I was able to use it to turn all areas of my life around. And above all, I was able to shed my often pessimistic nature and gain a new outlook on life, which has made me much more relaxed. I don't want my ex back anymore. I was led into the wrong light too much and for too long and was also able to draw boundaries through the new things I learned and to take my new path in life. I used to always stand in my own way. Now I feel completely in the flow. I will be able to enter into a new relationship in a completely different way in the future because I finally know what caused old relationships to fail and what I no longer want to experience.
The best investment of my life in myself, it was long overdue.
