I bought a special coin and all of a sudden I get coins sent to me and if I don't return them, of course I get charged. Unnecessary effort on my part.
A "service" that I could not explicitly unsubscribe or at least did not see the hook.
As far as everything is fine, but with some products, the prices are clearly exaggerated compared to other coin dealers.it should not amount to rip-off.
There are no answers to inconvenient customer queries. Collection subscriptions start out affordable but become more and more expensive towards the end. Here it is calculated that the customer will already pay ....er wants to have his collection complete.
As a Euro coin collector I am always informed about news very well, fast processing at fair prices and if something does not like problem-free return. Am very satisfied as a customer with BTN Münzhandel
Included with my subscription delivery is an additional gift / '1 cent coin, colored'). These coins are given to my little neighbor boy. In 2 deliveries this coin was missing, which in itself is not a subscription problem. On my request on 07.07. I was promised a subsequent delivery by e-mail. However, today's subscription delivery did not include a subsequent delivery. This does not speak for good customer service. I will cancel my subscription.

I find the promotional material sent with the deliveries to be far too excessive. Everything just ends up in the waste paper and clogs it. I order a lot from you and I have had every flyer 20 times. Everything glossy and elaborately made, but unnecessary from my point of view. And all this advertising I finance myself when buying. Would rather wish cheaper prices, than totally exaggerated advertising.
