Thank you very much for your constructive and positive evaluation. We are very pleased that burgers and fries were so well received by your wedding guests, which they also confirmed to us again and again directly at the truck. Working for you has given us a lot of pleasure! Regarding the criticisms "wooden blocks" and "300 EUR fee" we would like to tell you the following; It was initially planned to place the food truck directly in the hall and so it was in the preparation order for our employee who has equipped the food truck. To our regret, we overlooked to change the stand location to "unpaved ground" and so it came that we had no underlays with us. Please excuse that !!!
To the fee, this was already listed in the offer but here gladly more detailed. We had a journey of approx. 30 km (return journey) as well as a personnel expenditure of altogether (4 persons) 40 hours (enclosed an additional person for the cleaning). Please understand that we have to pass on these costs to our customers, otherwise it would not be possible to work economically.
