I found the hypnosis coaching session incredibly helpful. I wouldn't have thought that change would happen so quickly. The atmosphere was very pleasant and trusting. Thanks to the clear explanations in the preliminary talk and empathetic support, I was able to get involved and work on my issues in the best possible way. The small, targeted exercises that I also received are easy to do and support me every day. Thank you very much for this valuable, personal experience - I look forward to the next session and to continuing to work on myself. :-)

I was skeptical at first because I had already tried so many relaxation methods, but this e-book has really made a difference! The exercises are so easy that I can do them anywhere - even in the office. The breathing techniques are really good for me and I always have the relaxation cards in my pocket. I am now much calmer, sleep better and finally feel balanced again. An absolute recommendation!

Very good and effective. After just two treatments, my back and leg complaints have been greatly alleviated and I also feel much better in general and have more strength again. I will definitely continue and the next appointment has already been made. Karin is very empathetic, has a lot of knowledge and can therefore respond to individual needs and give further tips. Highly recommended!

With her very nice and reassuring manner, you immediately feel at ease and it is easy to
