Many thanks to Mr. Garattoni and his team for the uncomplicated Hausverkauf👍🏻 from the beginning there was a mutual trust.

Mr. Garattoni took care of the whole process, provided all necessary documents and created a very appealing exposé.

Within 2 months, this allowed us to sell our house at a very good price and more importantly, it continues to be in loving hands. This is another area where CGI pays attention.

An absolutely recommendable smart real estate agent and a great person.

There is a rough wind blowing in the real estate market, but all the more beautiful
was the meeting with Mr. Garattoni, because thanks to his highest level of professionalism we were able to find a safe haven.

My wife and I had been searching for our dream home for over 2 years. Thanks to CGI and Mr. Garattoni, this search now had a very happy ending. I am very grateful for this encounter that has enriched the life of my family. And for this reason I can recommend this extremely sympathetic and competent man with conviction.
