Christopher Helmert

I can only recommend Vicona GmbH. My consultation took place with Mr. Christoph Helmert. I would like to thank him for the extremely trusting cooperation. My financing request was handled very professionally and competently, so that I always had the feeling that I was receiving the best advice. THANK YOU

Very good advice from Mr. Kürbis and Mr. Helmert. I will recommend them to others.

It is very reliable.

We are absolutely delighted with the advice we received from Mr. Helmert. From the first meeting to the final financing, he supported us with a high level of expertise, a lot of patience and remarkable commitment.

We would particularly like to emphasize:
- Transparent and understandable advice: complex topics were explained simply and comprehensibly - ideal for construction financing newcomers like us.
- Individual solutions: Our personal life situation was taken seriously and translated into a financing concept that suits us perfectly.
- Speed and reliability: Queries were always answered promptly, documents were processed quickly and deadlines were reliably met.
- Top conditions: Thanks to the large network, we were presented with several offers - in the end, we opted for a model that was not only secure, but also affordable in the long term.

In such an important financial decision, trust is the be-all and end-all - and we had 100% of that with Mr. Helmert. We would hire him again at any time and can highly recommend working with him.

Thank you very much for the great support on our way to owning our own home!

In Mr. Helmert I have found an expert who is really committed to my project with heart and mind. The current financing situation is challenging and without help I would not have been able to move forward due to my demanding situation.

Thank you very much!

After a very competent and individual consultation, we ultimately opted for Chris and his financing offer - and we did so with complete conviction. It wasn't a run-of-the-mill offer like you see on the usual comparison portals, but really tailored to our situation. It was particularly important to me to be well looked after even after completion - and that's exactly what Chris did 100%. He was always available, took a lot of time and even gave us valuable tips afterwards on how we could further optimize our conditions. That really impressed me. I would contact Chris again at any time and can recommend him without reservation. Top advice, top service!

I had the pleasure of working with Christopher Helmert and can only warmly recommend his advice. Thanks to the exceptional expertise and individual attention, I felt that I was in good hands right from the start. He analyzed my financial situation in detail and suggested tailor-made solutions that perfectly met my needs. I was particularly impressed by the transparency and patience with which all my questions were answered.
I am extremely satisfied with the results and would recommend him at any time.

Very empathetic advice at eye level.

We met Christopher for the first time around February or March. I can't remember exactly how we found his contact (now I'd say we were just lucky, haha!). We then had a video meeting and spoke to each other for a good hour. He explained everything to us in great detail and patiently, point by point. We are very grateful to Christopher for that!

We then had a few more short conversations about various financial topics. Here too, he explained everything very well and gave us valuable recommendations.

In our very first video call, he told us that buying a property is a long process. In most cases, it's not easy to find the right property within 1-2 months. He said that our search could take six months - and that's exactly how it was for us.

During this time, we continued to look for properties. Finally, in October (after more than half a year), we found a suitable property. When it came to financing, we immediately thought of Christopher again. (But the most important thing was that he hadn't forgotten about us in the meantime, haha!)

He had given us valuable advice and different ways of thinking about buying real estate. We also got a strong sense of trust from him. Maybe that's why we had such a positive impression of him. It was obvious to us that he wasn't just advising us to make money himself, but that he really had our interests at heart. That strengthened our trust in him enormously.

Christopher made a particularly deep impression before we submitted our loan application. Before we submitted the application, he reminded us several times to think everything through carefully. Whether this loan could cause difficulties in our lives in the future was of great concern to him. His priority was always to ensure that our lives remained pleasant. This made us realize that he is not just interested in making money from his customers - he is only happy when his customers are happy.

Now I've written quite a long story! All in all, we are very, very happy with Christopher. His professional expertise is outstanding and the quality of his advice is simply top! Whenever we needed help or had questions, he was there for us - whether at the weekend or late at night. We are incredibly grateful to him for that. Thank you, my friend ;D

We are very satisfied that Christoph has supported us at all times. He is a good listener and the most reliable advisor.

Christopher is the type of consultant you want. Professional and goal-oriented as well as approachable and personal. The focus is on the customer and not just on concluding the contract. Chris also takes the time to answer any additional questions outside the core of the consultation, ensuring that the consultation experience is of a very high standard.

If we could give six stars, we would choose them.
Throughout the entire financing process, we were in close contact with Mr. Helmert, who was quick, competent and helpful at all times. He responded to every question with the patience of a saint and handled communication with the bank proactively, transparently and reliably.
We will be very happy to recommend Mr. Helmert to friends and family.

Very competent and helpful. Always there for you if you have any questions.

Mr. Helmert was very transparent and committed throughout the entire process and also got back to me late at night or at the weekend. I felt optimally looked after and can recommend him without reservation.

Friendly, professional with suitable solutions. Very committed without ever being pushy. It doesn't get any better than this
