The coaching successfully helped me identify my personal areas for improvement and motivated me to work on myself. The coach comes across as very professional and experienced. During the coaching sessions, he asks specific questions that stimulate thought and thus encourage self-reflection. Coaching also requires stepping outside your comfort zone. The success of the coaching isn’t immediately apparent, but becomes evident only when you observe your own behavior. Through the coaching, I’ve learned to recognize and understand my behavioral patterns, and I can now work on them in a targeted way.

At first I was very skeptical and didn't want to go to coaching at all. But my employer insisted and paid for it. What you experience in the sessions with MP is not always pleasant, but in the end it is very effective. After a few weeks, I've noticed changes here and there. It's unbelievable that you can have a new image of yourself after just three appointments. MP cleverly uses questions to get you to recognize new aspects of your own situation. Sometimes it goes into depth, which wasn't my cup of tea. But looking back, I don't think there's any other way. Conclusion: goal achieved.

Coaching with Matthias has brought me a big step forward in my personal development.
In a manageable amount of time, we work together to identify the causes of behavioral patterns and develop ways to change them.
The results in both my professional and private life are amazing!

Sometimes it is not pleasant to hold up a mirror to yourself and immerse yourself in your own behavior in order to derive insights and further developments. Especially when, as in my case, I have already had psychotherapeutic support in the past to learn how to deal with insecurities. I never expected that drawers would be opened that no professional therapist had ever discovered before. In any case, it is easier to face situations when you realize that you are not alone in the world with all your thoughts.

High efficiency: I rate the ratio of effort to benefit very positively. In addition, the appropriate " depth" of the coaching. The coaching contributes to my further development.
