At first I was very skeptical and didn't want to go to coaching at all. But my employer insisted and paid for it. What you experience in the sessions with MP is not always pleasant, but in the end it is very effective. After a few weeks, I've noticed changes here and there. It's unbelievable that you can have a new image of yourself after just three appointments. MP cleverly uses questions to get you to recognize new aspects of your own situation. Sometimes it goes into depth, which wasn't my cup of tea. But looking back, I don't think there's any other way. Conclusion: goal achieved.

Sometimes it is not pleasant to hold up a mirror to yourself and immerse yourself in your own behavior in order to derive insights and further developments. Especially when, as in my case, I have already had psychotherapeutic support in the past to learn how to deal with insecurities. I never expected that drawers would be opened that no professional therapist had ever discovered before. In any case, it is easier to face situations when you realize that you are not alone in the world with all your thoughts.
