A good third of the seminar time was spent on "motivation". This was too much for me personally and I think it would have been helpful to send a circular email the day before the seminar with the possibility to reflect on certain questions such as personal motivation, experiences with speechlessness, etc. This would have made the very intensive seminar somewhat shorter and a few parts less lengthy. Then the very intensive seminar would have been a bit shorter and less lengthy in a few places. Otherwise, I have taken a lot with me and I'm looking forward, for example, when I get an unexpected mail in 2 weeks with the question of whether and how I could apply newly learned techniques.
