Unfortunately, I cannot share the positive experience. Although the agent had all the facts clearly and in writing, I was not well advised. With false information, more and more documents were requested; something like this takes time and if it goes through a trustee, as in our case, there are also costs.
Suddenly the promised term could not be kept. No, it was even cut into thirds;
due to age, but at the beginning of the consultation 48-60 months were promised.
Thus, further documents and tables would have been necessary; which was not an issue at the beginning.
I cannot recommend such service to anyone!
