Mr. Huemer personally took care of us and our individual needs at the property. He was a ray of hope in an industry that, in my opinion, rightly has a problem with its image. He was highly competent, very service-oriented and nice to boot. In addition, he demonstrated enormous sensitivity in dealing with the initially diverging interests of the seller and buyer. The commission was never in the foreground. After various "experiences", that was a rarity for me.

My estate agent quickly and accurately grasped what I was looking for and only offered me what made sense for me. If an offer was a little outside my profile, it was usually a good match anyway. It's the human and not just the computer that rules here. This saved me time and the search was as effective as it should be. The exposés were designed in such a way that they contained the information I needed. This is also not a given everywhere.
