Best decision to increase my quality of life!
As everyone probably has different points that are important to them when making a decision, below are some keywords & my experiences:
- Team:
You feel very well looked after from the first contact. The process is very structured and professional, you immediately notice that you are dealing with a well-coordinated and experienced team.
- Individual approach:
I thought it was great that it was first checked what my starting point actually is - what my physical starting point is as well as what type of learner I am. Of course, David also addresses my individual goals here. If my goals are refined or change over time, this is also taken into account. In short: Throughout the entire process, I always feel that I am picked up and very well looked after with the questions/issues that I currently have.
- Holistic approach:
One of my biggest decision points was that I didn't just want a PT for pure training, but also for my nutrition. David and his team even take care of the whole topic of mentality on top of that.
What I think is very important to mention here: There is no tight nutritional girdle or training girdle here. As mentioned above, you are always treated individually. David always asks if you have any questions or issues that have been bothering you during the week or in general. This can relate to nutritional topics, training topics, mental topics, etc.. Here too, you can talk to the mental coach from David's team in the group or individually.
- Location:
For anyone asking the question - no, you don't have to take out a gym subscription to train with David. Here, too, you can find the solution that suits you best. I, for example, train at home and go to the gym once a week (day pass - no additional costs) to train with David.
- Support:
If you have a question or something is burning under your fingernails, you don't have to wait until your next training session or 1:1 conversation. You can reach David at any time via WhatsApp.
- Supporting media:
Individual training plan to track & check what you have set yourself.
Library in which the exercises are explained and visualized with text and video. (David links the videos in your training plan, so you don't need to search for them ;-))
Nutrition book with a wealth of recipes that you can search for using filters (calorie count, fats, etc.). David can also put together a plan for you on request. And yes, if you don't like something, this will of course be taken into account.
- Safe environment & trust:
David always refers to the topics discussed during training and also in discussions and knows exactly what the goals were/are that have been discussed so far. You don't feel like a number, but realize that David and his team spend a lot of time really getting to grips with you. This is a very important aspect for me and my training success. The more open I can be, the better David can respond to me and my training. The results are already mega visible! :-) and despite the effort, I always have a lot of fun & laugh a lot ;-).
I've certainly forgotten a lot, as a lot of things have simply become part of my everyday life. The whole thing happens bit by bit and at your own pace. I've been moved to tears so many times now by the change I've been able to achieve with David's support.

I really hope this review helps those who are still in their decision making process. I can only say that it has already been one of my best decisions & a small investment compared to the quality of life I have regained so far and continue to improve day by day.
