The exposé or the online presence for the property was appealing and clearly designed and showed all relevant areas, so that our interest regarding this object was quickly aroused. During the first contact via cell phone as well as during the first viewing (which took place already 4 days after the first contact) he made a friendly and professional impression. This impression was only confirmed in the course of the purchase. Further viewing appointments were arranged promptly and were kept on time. If one has then decided in principle - after a detailed inspection of the property - to purchase, one has a reliable partner in Mr. Mann for the execution of the purchase. After the declaration of intent to purchase, one receives digital access to all documents concerning the property, where one can find everything necessary (floor plan, energy certificate, minutes of the WEG, economic plan, declaration of partition, annual statements, etc.) in a well-organized manner.
In case of questions and problems of any kind, Mr. Mann was permanently approachable and always had an open ear. He almost always succeeded in solving problems promptly, even if this required a great deal of time and travel on his part. He also had the right contacts in each case, who worked just as competently and quickly.
