To be honest, at first I was pretty unsure whether I could even generate leads in the real estate sector. I had no experience as a real estate agent and didn’t know how to approach people professionally without coming across as pushy.
Through Jürgen Paal and Regate Global, I was shown step by step how to build interest. It wasn’t about just randomly reaching out to people, but about understanding the right target audience, building trust, and conducting meaningful conversations.
I learned what information is important: budget, purchase intent, timeline, type of property desired, and whether the client is truly ready to make a decision. A contact I established through this process later resulted in a purchase worth €280,000. My commission was €9,800.
For me, this was a very positive experience because I saw that with structure and the right guidance, it really can work.
