Auf der Suche nach einem verlässlichen Partner für die Komplettsanierung einer Wohnung in Palma bin ich über die Google-Suche auf De Rosa Mallorca gestoßen und habe den Kontakt aufgenommen.
Nach einer Besichtigung der Wohnung und Kostenvoranschlag, freundlicher und sehr kompetenter Beratung, habe ich den Auftrag an das Unternehmen vergeben. Umfang war die Sanierung der Fenster
& Türen, kompletten Elektrik, Bad, Böden, Wände und Decken, sowie eine neue Küche. inkl. Einbau Klimaanlage wurde eingebaut und teilweise Decken abgehängt und mit LED-Spots ausgestattet.
Alle Arbeiten wurden in bester Qualität und zu fairen Preisen ausgeführt. Der Kontakt und die Beratung durch den Geschäftsführer waren immer sehr freundlich, kompetent, unkompliziert und verbindlich.
Ich kann das Unternehmen zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben unser Ferienhaus komplett renovieren lassen, komplette Elektrik, Sanitär, Böden, Trockenbau und das komplette Bad. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Ausführung und der sehr sehr guten Zusammenarbeit.

Herr De Rosa und sein Team haben unser Haus saniert. Wände raus , Bäder komplett neu eingebau, etc Alle Arbeiten wurden sehr gründlich, sorgfältig und pünktlich ausgeführt.. Wir sind mit dem Arbeiten sehr zufrieden! Alles wurde sehr sauber und ordentlich hinterlassen. Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut und der Preis war sehr fair. Wir empfehlen sie sehr!
