Again and again I am asked why I have little time, why I am on the road a lot - "Well, what are you doing again?". And often it seems to others as if I am stressed, always on my toes and doing too many things at the same time. But there is only one thing I do: I fill my life with experience and do my best to develop myself and still have time with friends, family and sometimes for myself. To work on a goal, where later all have something from.
This time I went to Mallorca. And anyone who asks: What are you actually doing there? In short: 5 days long a journey with and to yourself: With deep questions, insights, mediations and valuable exchange, as well as with new friends.
With Max, Janno and Chrissi, there was a 3-pack of coaches, who go to this thing with so much love and heart blood, that a whole finca, takes on a different aura.... In this aura there is no ego, no envy, no condemnation. There is peace, passion and fun.
And especially fun to work constantly on your own inner harmony and to deal intensively with BioHacking, IKIGAI , the Lifecircle and many more and to work out new perspectives, views and possibilities for each other with exercises or DeepDive talks at the pool.
Grateful and humble for such a great time, I start again into life.
