This morning I received the long-awaited investment colored gemstones.
It was like Christmas and Easter together.
The lovely, elegant packaging touched my heart and I would like to thank everyone most sincerely.
You even gave me a wonderful book about gemstones as a gift.
Wow!
This great book immediately triggered associations in me in connection with a visit to Freiberg/Saxony in 2015.
I had studied there decades ago at the Freiberg Mining Academy. During my visit, I had enjoyed the mineral exhibition "terra mineralia" for hours. Most of the countless photos I took back then of the many fantastic exhibits can be found in this book.
What a beautiful connection!

Das persönliche Beratungsgespräch einige Tage später hat mich dann restlos überzeugt. Paying attention to seriousness in various financial matters has a very high priority these days, especially for "smaller people" like me.
After careful consideration, I made a gemstone purchase months ago for investment reasons.
The very informative advice and being kept up to date on the individual stages of the gemstone order process was unusual, interesting and very positive for me, as I was somehow involved in the process.
I also received prompt confirmations of my incoming payments and a correct certificate for the gemstone.
The customer contact was absolutely competent and exceptionally friendly.
All in all, this special way of dealing with me as a customer gave/gives me a reassuring feeling.


In conclusion:

I came across Deutsches Edelsteinhaus by chance while looking for an interesting and promising investment. As I had never heard of investment gemstones before, I decided to make an appointment for a telephone consultation. After a very friendly and informative initial conversation with Ms. Peters, things took their course and an order was placed. The entire process until I received the precious goods took a few weeks. I was kept informed of the current status by e-mail so that I was always up to date. Yesterday I received my package by courier and I am delighted with the beauty of the goods. I can only recommend DEH to others. From the first contact to the final meeting after receipt, everything was very friendly, competent, structured and patient. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to collect my order in person and meet the ladies who looked after me. If I were to consider ordering again, DEH would be my first choice. I am more than completely satisfied. Thank you very much.

Through a promotional video noticed, then thanks to the very competent and detailed advice from Ms. Peters quickly decided - also another order was professionally executed in a timely manner. The very friendly customer service is an exception in this day and age, so I like to mention that extra! The stones are of high quality, only the provenance of a desired stone could not be fulfilled, but that is only a personal, small downer. All in all, I am extremely satisfied and wish DEH much success in the future!

I decided after the extensive webinar for the "German gemstone house" and was not disappointed. It was important to me to establish a personal contact and to receive the stone personally, so I drove from the north to the beautiful Allgäu and was warmly welcomed there in Wangen with coffee and regional specialties.

This and the very nice, detailed and honest conversation gave me a good feeling and a certain security, which one can otherwise no longer experience in today's overloaded and chaotic business world.

Here the customer is still king and all needs are addressed and satisfied.
For a safe investment I can, as a relative newcomer in the field of gemstones, only recommend the "German Gemstone House".

I would definitely invest again if the opportunity presented itself.
