Danke, danke, danke!
Ich bin ein neuer Mensch!

Mit den Plänen und der Unterstützung von Giuseppe habe ich im Zeitraum Dezember bis April ca. 30kg abgenommen. Weitere 6-8kg folgten jetzt noch in der eigentlichen Erhaltungsphase.
Nach den beiden Kindern wog ich knapp 100kg und redete mir ein, dass das ganz normal sei.
Jetzt weiß ich was normal ist und wie sich ein Leben mit ca. 60kg anfühlt.

Einfach nur gut!

Bereits nach kurzer Zeit fühlte ich mich gesünder und ausgeglichener. Eigentlicher Grund meiner Vorstellung bei Giuseppe war meine Schuppenflechte am ganzen Körper. Heute komme ich ohne Kortison oder Hormone aus und habe nahezu keine trockenen Stellen mehr am Körper.

Ich bin motiviert, viel besser gelaunt und habe richtige Freude am Sport und Essen.

Die Aussage von Giuseppe am Anfang blieb mir in Erinnerung - wir schaffen ein neues Normal - erst konnte ich mir nicht vorstellen, dass es klappt mit den Methoden aber ich habe gelernt und es gibt für mich tatsächlich ein neues Normal.
Umsetzbar auch als Mama einer vierköpfigen Familie ganz ohne Probleme.

Danke Giuseppe für die Begleitung und deine Hilfe ein „neuer“ Mensch zu werden.
