I am a new man!

With the plans and the support of Giuseppe I have lost about 30kg in the period December to April. Another 6-8kg followed now still in the actual maintenance phase.
After the two children I weighed just under 100kg and told myself that this was normal.
Now I know what normal is and how it feels to live with about 60kg.

Simply good!

I asked Giuseppe Iorfida in November 2019 to support me professionally in my dietary change. The goal was to reduce weight and at the same time not lose muscle mass, since I am an athlete.

At the beginning of the collaboration I did a blood test at the doctor to be able to check afterwards how the dietary change affects my blood values.

Mr. Iorfida advised me professionally and adjusted my diet so that I not only achieved my original goals, but thanks to the new diet I became even more efficient at work, as my concentration phases now lasted much longer than before. In addition, I felt that my immune system had improved significantly and that I hardly had to fight colds this winter.

After ten weeks of cooperation, I did a medical blood test again, and my blood values were just as good and even improved in one area. Which is why I now eat consistently and permanently according to the elaborated diet plan.

We did not notice any negative side effects (rather the opposite), nor any loss of performance in weight training or everyday life.

An absolutely important aspect for us was also that we received a completely new understanding and sound knowledge about the metabolism and micronutrients through the intensive support, which helps us sustainably in our diet.
