As this was the first time we had contacted a real estate marker, we were a little unsure at first. But from the very first time we contacted Mr. Steinbach, we felt completely at ease and understood from the very first minute. All our ideas and questions were professionally implemented and answered by Mr. Steinbach at all times.
Promised replies (e-mail or telephone calls) were made immediately. On-site appointments were carried out punctually, discreetly and confidently. The property is set up with an excellent advertisement text and picture material and before the release, we were able to view the advertisements in order to incorporate our own ideas or changes if necessary. But this was not necessary at all, as the real estate ad was simply great. The entire process up to the successful new marketing was completed within the desired time frame. The extraordinary humanity that we experienced with Mr. Steinbach during the entire phase was a wonderful new experience.
We can only recommend Domicil Real Estate to market your property / apartment.
For the next project we will trustfully turn to Mr. Steinbach again.
We give 5 stars plus......

I have worked with Mr. Steinbach on a joint project. Mr. Steinbach acted as broker for the seller. I was the financing agent for the buyer. Mr. Steinbach was always available, provided documents immediately after request and has always supported the demand / open questions around the property in a goal-oriented manner.

My wife and I came to DRE Immobilien by chance, as they managed a property that we were interested in. Without expecting it, we discovered highly qualified professionals (too much), with an extreme degree of dedication to the customer, who far exceed in their performance what we are currently all used to in any common business relationship.

But if that "were not enough", it is also that Mr. Steinbach and Mr. Goyke are people of extreme sensitivity, empathy and personal quality. Special human-beings, of which they are so difficult to find nowadays. They helped us a lot in quite complex moments of the process. Thanks to them we were able to formalize the purchase.

So much so, that after purchasing the property, without any hesitation my wife and I have now decided that they continue to accompany us in the following steps. Of course, we assign them top rating, 5 stars out of 5, although we would like to give them 10 stars. I think it is not necessary to say anything more. If you are looking for a highly reliable, professional and sensitive real estate agent, you have undoubtedly arrived to the right place.
