How to integrate movement, relaxation and self-care into stressful everyday life? I found the answer in the Cologne break room with Daniela Donike. I entered the break room via 1:1 coaching; starting from individual resources, solution-focused, empathetic and motivating, Dani accompanied me holistically - mentally, fitness, nutrition - to more balance personally and in life. After a few one-on-one sessions, the customized exercises that Dani draws from and recreates from an inexhaustible reservoir are in place, and self-motivation soars. I enjoy just as much the group trainings such as back break, yoga, fascia and outdoor training. Of particular note is Dani's thoughtful networking with other experts so that performance building, health and mindfulness go hand in hand. To get a taste, to deepen, to practice, her book "Donike Method. Gesundheitsbewusst trainieren" (BoD, 2022) is highly recommended.
