If you need customer service, even as a long-time customer, you're screwed. Unfortunately, they don't respond to the questions and problems in the email and get instructions which are internal to implement and not for customers or operators who do not use this system. Unfortunately bad service although the product is good. For this you do not deserve a processing fee if you wait months!

According to yesterday's conversation with your nice competent employee Ms. Färber, we managed to activate my card with you. I am the 50+ generation and have never experienced anything like this. With a lot of patience and understanding, Ms. Färber made me feel that we could do this together. I would not have been able to do this without her. There are many people who do their job and there are very few who do their job very well. Your company is lucky to have such an employee.

I had problems with the activation of my second card. On the phone I was helped very well, the employee Mrs. Färber had a lot of patience with me and in the end everything worked out perfectly. I can only recommend Edenred.

It's great how fast it went! Within a few days the cards were there. We were previously with another provider where everything was just complicated and cumbersome, although he presented himself quite modern. So we looked around for a provider who understands what SERVICE and security means. We found Edenred and are very happy about it.

I have been using the voucher card for my employee for several years. Everything is described in great detail, very clear and easy to understand. The selection for using the card is very diverse . So far there have never been any problems, everything works perfectly. The card exchange also went without incident. Customer service responds promptly, very friendly and helpful. We are completely satisfied and my employee is happy about the small bonus every month.
