All my experiences with Bettina Prümmer were great! I took part in one of her big seminars and in many Meditation sessions guided by her.

She has a very deep connection to the souls of the people and is able to recognize fast what energy is in a family system or in other kinds of systems made of people and where are the boundaries to blow up if necessary to rearrange the system! Even when I was only a neutral participant in her family systemic therapy the experience went very deep and so much movement in my subconscious parts - it was an eye opener to live more in presence and more in my authentic self!

Her meditation sessions take place normally once a week and after half an hour of meditation I am back in my peace and balance! I definitely recommend it :)

I met Bettina over lunch at a seminar we both attended. It turned out very quickly that this warm-hearted person was exactly the one I had been waiting for. In the meantime I have been to several appointments, including 2 constellation seminars with her. Each time it was exciting and very moving what I experienced. Bettina accompanied me very sensitively through my processes and I felt very supported. I am very grateful that I was able to get to know her and I will definitely recommend her to others.

I have been with Bettina for about half a year in individual coaching sessions, meditation evenings and also a participant in a constellation weekend. I am very grateful and appreciate her work very much. We got to essential points very quickly in a trusting atmosphere and good solutions for deep problems in my life have emerged. She uses a variety of methods and is very specific to the situation. Through meditation techniques she helps me to find inner peace and strength to face difficulties. Dear Bettina, I was able to experience a wonderful constellation day with you and 5 other great women. ❤️
About 13 years ago I had my first constellation experience with another coach, at that time I could not really grasp how valuable this work is and what possibilities are shown to you.
You accompany the constellations with such a warm-hearted, empathetic, sympathetic and appreciative manner that I am still at a loss for words.
Even the sometimes necessary "drilling" you did with so much sensitivity, understanding and humor that I had a good feeling at all times.
I was also very enthusiastic about the way you adjusted to the different characters.
Since our work, so many positive things have shown in me, a clear path, many (self-)insights and I have again a direction for me and my path.

the clearer and more conscious the order is, the clearer is the result in a systemic constellation. It is as if the complete system of body, mind and soul is preparing itself. The old door closes and a new door opens. You were ready to go through it.

So there are possibilities for unfolding and new networks are created in the brain. Often my client is irritated in a constellation. Then I always say: "Irritation is my best friend". It has to do with the fact that new signals arrive in the brain. The representatives are always a great gift for the client's concern.

I was first impressed by her manuscript on end-of-life care, which she practiced for years, and later by her personal accompaniment of Prof. Günter Blecks through years of aging and the dying process. I knew the constellation work according to Hellinger from theory and personal reports. At first I was skeptical. Bettina Prümmer's constellation deeply impressed and convinced me. Within a few minutes the participants of the group interacted in such a way that my complex problem presented itself as a fitting image of reality. This makes it easier to recognize what is repressed or veiled. Bettina then intuitively made contact with my family of origin. In the process, some obvious and some surprising things came to light. After this energetic work my problem almost dissolved. Many thanks for that!

Of course, my impression cannot be transferred to others. Every person is unique. I liked the kind, calm and level-headed manner of Mrs. Prümmer.

Because of the spatial distance (Cologne - Marburg with overnight stay in a hotel), I rated the effort/benefit ratio and the general conditions as good.
