I contacted HDI because I wanted to cancel my car insurance. I came across Mr. Kaiser in Wittlich, who immediately took the time to talk to me. It was a very relaxed atmosphere, easy-going, funny and honest. He had clear words, I was able to understand the insurance fuss and felt very comfortable. After about an hour, I not only updated my car insurance and even saved a few euros, but also switched 5 other insurance policies to HDI. Although the prices are really great and I save a lot of money, in the end I only switched because of Mr. Kaiser. He recognized me and wasn't just interested in money and contracts. He found my insurance gaps, explained everything to me, found out that I even had useless insurance policies, treated me very well (which is also due to his relaxed and funny manner) and didn't impose anything on me, as I have been used to from all insurance companies so far.
My very clear recommendation for anyone who wants to feel safe and secure in terms of insurance. In the next few months, I will also be visiting Mr. Kaiser for other new insurance policies for my daughter and my two grandchildren.
He is a really great man, with a great personality and a lot of know-how. how👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
