Conny and his team are passionate about sustainably strengthening the communication culture in teams. The collaboration is characterized by lightness, humour, many practical examples and genuine appreciation.
Conny manages to quickly establish a trusting environment in which even sensitive topics can be addressed respectfully and openly. This works not only in 1:1 sessions, but also in workshops with entire teams.
Working together is a pleasure and at the same time brings about tangible personal and collective development - because what is learned does not remain abstract, but is directly translated into concrete action.

We have already engaged numerous trainers and consultants for our company. Conny has been by far the most widely accepted across the breadth of our management team. The unanimous opinion after our management retreat, which Conny accompanied, is the desire to continue working together.
In particular, Conny understood how to see everyone in the room with their different emotions and thoughts, to pick them up and to ensure an extremely efficient dialog with concrete results.
Conny is my personal top recommendation.
