It may sound melodramatic, but after a year of living through periods of severe depression, I’ve now regained my old life—filled with joy, a zest for life, and a sense of purpose. I can see the bigger picture and am no longer a victim of my emotions.

I would like to express my heartfelt enthusiasm, appreciation, and gratitude for the MET Master Training led by Rainer and Regina Franke.

For me, this training is far more than just professional development. It is a transformative experience. The unique combination of an effective method and the in-depth mastery of a genuine therapeutic craft cannot be found anywhere else in this form. I was particularly impressed by how practical, clearly structured, and yet profound the content is.

Rainer and Regina Franke are outstanding instructors who share their knowledge not only competently but also with great passion, authenticity, and heart. In every moment, I feel their experience, their dedication, and their genuine joy in accompanying people in their development.

I am so grateful, because without the master training I would not have been able to cope so well with a very difficult time in my life. I accompanied my mother on her final journey in her home. Thanks to Rainer and Regina, I paid attention to my limits and also to my needs. I also kept checking in with my feelings. But I had already been working on the mother and father issue for months before that. Now I can acknowledge everything I received from my parents. I am at peace with that. A lot has also changed in terms of my relationship with men. My ex-husband was also present at my mother's funeral. And I was able to say in complete peace: He is the father of two wonderful children. And during the challenging time with my mother, I also noticed how much I now appreciate and can accept masculine energy. Thank you very much, Rainer and Regina.
