Just sitting there and listening. Listening and reflecting. To what extent are the issues my fellow trainees are dealing with also, in part or in whole, my own issues? And what approaches to dealing with my own issues can I identify and learn for myself? How is my perspective on the people I encounter on the street changing? Suddenly it becomes clear to me when I hear: “Always be peaceful toward the people you encounter. You don’t know what battles they’re fighting right now.” A very important insight from this weekend seminar in the MET Master Training.
Yes, you have to experience this for yourself! And sign up for the Master program. It’s just that simple!

The master’s program isn’t always fun and games, and some of the insights you gain can be really tough at first—it takes time to process and make sense of them. But at the end of the day, it brings me many insights and helps me uncover more and more unconscious processes that have been going on for years, allowing me to regain more and more health, contentment, clarity, and joy in life—and that’s what matters to me, even if the path is sometimes rocky.

Thank you so much for the valuable guidance and, above all, for the way you provide it.

I had the opportunity to participate in another exciting and informative seminar. Participating also means grappling with one’s own issues. That’s only possible in a safe environment, which I’m able to experience in every seminar. And during the closing session, Regina and Rainer told us that we trainees have already become part of their lives, because the two of them discuss the trainees with each other and talk about our successes. It really touched me to imagine that somewhere in Mallorca, there are people who care about my emotional growth.
But Regina and Rainer have also become part of my everyday life with my family. Since we often listen to Rainer and Regina’s podcasts, it happens almost every day that we say something like, “Regina and Rainer said this or that about it in the podcast.” In that sense, the two of them join us at the lunch table almost every day. I think that’s lovely, too.

Every Master’s weekend broadens my therapeutic and personal horizons, and no two are alike—time and again, new perspectives and insights open up, and even after all these years, my enthusiasm grows with each session. This time, Rainer used a great deal of humor, clarity, and a little “Zen stick” to point out a blind spot for me: the area where I was still unconsciously operating in the “helper” pattern. It was precisely this loving confrontation and precise guidance that set a lot in motion—insights I’ve already been able to apply in my therapeutic work this week. It was also impressive to witness how Rainer and Regina, through their clear guidance, are able to bring even entrenched group processes back into contact with one another and foster their development. The Master Training was so valuable once again. It provided so much guidance. I’m realizing more and more how wonderful it is to apply and use what I experience and learn during the Master Training in my everyday life:
I was filled with fear and grief when my father was very ill, and tapping right away really calmed me down.
I was having problems with my ear, and suddenly I couldn’t hear a thing. Through the tapping, I became aware of certain issues, and I also tapped directly on my ear, saying, “I have completely healthy ears with excellent hearing.” It didn’t take long before my ear was clear again.
When issues come up, I’m much better able to deal with them or work through them, and that brings so much more peace.
I owe Rainer and Regina a great deal. Without them, I wouldn’t be at such peace with my parents. And everything I’ve learned from Rainer and Regina about the dynamics between men and women is so valuable. Without them, I’d probably have total chaos—or maybe not even a man in my life at all.
I’m already looking forward to the next Master Training and can absolutely recommend it. I’ve done quite a bit already, but what Rainer and Regina do is absolutely top-notch and life-changing.
