Very friendly and competent advice from Mr. Bräuniger. The show house makes a very good impression, very inspiring layout. 3 minor defects: not all exterior shutters functional, risk of jamming between door and wash hand basin in the guest WC, handrail on top of stairs not fitted properly.

My husband and I had a very relaxed consultation with Mr. Kontny. He was able to give us a lot of information about building a house. The entire consultation was very friendly.

We received very comprehensive and detailed advice from Ms. Teichrib. She responded to all our questions and wishes and also gave us valuable tips.

We were spontaneously traveling near Hanover and had seen that Scan Haus also had a bungalow on display here. We spontaneously called and asked if the showroom was open that day. Mr. Gollubits was very friendly on the phone and offered us a viewing appointment within 30 minutes. Mind you, this was on a Saturday, without Mr. Gollubits actually being on site. So far everything was done right and very customer-oriented.

Mr. Gollubits took a lot of time for us on site, went through everything with us in detail and showed and explained all the possibilities together with us. At no time did we feel under pressure in terms of time or anything else. We are still very positively surprised by Mr. Gollubits' consulting services.
Even though he drove to the show on a Saturday, knowing that he would not be selling a house that day. That is customer service as you would imagine it. All in all, I can say that this appointment has subsequently strengthened our perception of Scan Haus.

To be more precise, it should be mentioned that we actually come from the Frankfurt area and were at least able to view a Scan Haus bungalow from the outside here at the exhibition in Bad Vilbel. Although it was supposed to be open during the regular opening hours of the show house park, it was closed on two different days. When we phoned the local representative in Bad Vilbel, we were only told that the employee was probably ill and ended with a (quote) "There's nothing we can do".

At this point, I would like to make it very clear once again: As soon as we have purchased a building plot and have decided on a bungalow from Scan Haus, we will do everything in our power to ensure that we purchase it through Mr. Gollubits. We felt very well looked after here.

Unfortunately, we have been hit by the insolvency of another house manufacturer and are therefore a 'burnt child'. Our building project should have been completed in 2023, but unfortunately it didn't come to that. Now we are with Scanhaus and the first contact with Mr. Dumrath was really excellent! All our questions and wishes were dealt with in detail and our worries and fears were taken absolutely seriously. We have signed the work contract and are now very excited to see what happens next. We hope that nothing will change in terms of the service we have received so far and we currently have the feeling that our building project is in the best hands. As we are just at the beginning of the cooperation, we cannot yet evaluate all points, but if it continues like this, then we can consider ourselves lucky to have Scanhaus at our side. We are already looking forward to the construction meeting!

We have just moved into our bungalow. It fully meets our expectations.
We were particularly pleased right from the start with our consultant Ms. Binzenbach, who welcomed us to the show home in Bornheim and guided us very expertly through the first steps and hurdles. The biggest anchor in the storm was our construction manager Mr. Götze, who found a solution for all problems and was always available when we needed him. A big thank you to these two Scanhaus employees in particular. We built in a new development area and experienced the huge problems the neighbors had with their prefabricated house companies. Here we can only say: what luck that we found the right company! Even if people in the Rhineland are reluctant to get used to a "Moin" in the evening. It was just right!

Our personal experience is characterized by the fact that we were advised with a great deal of calm and experience. Questions and potential problems that we saw were taken seriously and clarified as far as possible in advance. All in all, we are very satisfied with the Rostock show house center.
