Recommendation
The craftsmen who built the house deserve a particularly positive mention. In our case, the work had to be carried out in the most adverse weather conditions. Questions were answered readily and at all times. One or two practical tips were also given.
The cooperation with the other trades was also very good and uncomplicated.

The construction process went smoothly, as described in the construction schedule.

Recommendation
We were extremely satisfied - from the consultation to the planning to the finished house, everything went "unusually" smoothly for such a complex project. The financial planning also worked out surprisingly well. A few more consultation details on the subject of site development and personal contributions would have been very helpful for us in advance. (Sewage is only laid up to the property boundary and nothing up to the house, electricity etc. is only installed when the house shell is ready for locking, own services only ever according to the construction schedule - here we would have liked to have continued in between for time reasons and not only after the house was handed over). But these are only minor comments in comparison. Otherwise, we are super satisfied and happy with our new home.

Recommendation
The sampling takes place too late and cannot be included in the financing (electrics & plumbing). The companies Böttcher Sanitär and Knecht Kellerbau are very poor communicators and do not keep agreements. Nevertheless, we have successfully completed a difficult construction project with Keller and would build with Scanhaus again based on our new experiences.

The consultations were conducted in a very pleasant, calm atmosphere. The consultant was always keen to answer all our questions in a targeted, simple and understandable way. We are not construction experts but were still able to understand the answers and details.
It should be particularly emphasized that the consultant did not build up any pressure to close or sell. The offer including the services were explained and prepared in a comprehensible manner. There was no pressure to close the sale, but rather there was enough space and time to deal with the offer and select the offer that was suitable for the personal circumstances.

I was completely satisfied with the service, the trades and all the employees of the respective trades... From planning to implementation, there was nothing to complain about. The greatest satisfaction goes to the site manager Mr. Alexander Ott, I couldn't have wished for a better site manager. He was always immediately on hand if there were any questions and took care of everything immediately if there were any minor problems. The entire Scanhaus team is really impeccable in what they do. And I would immediately recommend ScanHaus to any friend or acquaintance. You do a great job. On that note, many thanks again

We were particularly satisfied with the site and construction team. The entire team was professionally competent and very motivated to complete the house in the specified time despite adverse weather conditions (black ice and snowfall). Many thanks again to the whole team.
Our site manager, Mr. Götze, was always available to us as a contact person for queries and always helped us promptly with any problems.
Unfortunately, the architect was changed during the planning phase, which led to unnecessary problems, as we had to keep submitting existing documents.
We were very satisfied with your subcontractors except for the scaffolders from Sky (damage to the new wall, which has not yet been finally clarified) and the electricians from Good Life were not very competent (the second meter is still missing today)
All in all, we would still build with Scan Haus again at any time and would recommend Scan Haus to others.

My special requests were readily accommodated, solutions were sought and successfully found. I also received great support in obtaining the necessary documents. Recommendation
The consultation leading up to the conclusion of the purchase contract should provide better information about the actual costs. The total cost calculation was 440 thousand euros, of which 311 thousand euros were for the Scanhaus. In the end, it has now become around 600 thousand euros. You simply have to be more honest about the fact that every subcontractor has to pay the full price for changes. And ultimately you have to take them on so that the additional things can be fitted into the construction process.
