I became aware of Simone through Instagram and also through her podcast "Einfach mal gut zu mir". Her warm and empathetic manner already appealed to me there. I then booked the EMGZM (Einfach mal gut zu mir) coaching with Simone and am thrilled with the changes it has brought about in me.

During the three months of coaching, you have 4 sessions (either in person or online) with Simone and also weekly calls both during the day and alternatively in the evening, so that everyone has the opportunity to take part depending on their circumstances. There is also a workbook and an online program with self-hypnosis, among other things. It is unbelievable how changes can be made in a short space of time.

Simone is very empathetic. Her empathic and approachable nature means that you immediately trust her and can fully engage with the hypnosis. Accordingly, it worked and she was able to take away my fear of heights, among other things, in just one session. I couldn't believe it and tested it straight away. And it worked! :-)

I also liked the fact that Simone doesn't use ready-made scripts for the hypnosis sessions, but has her own style, which makes her more authentic. She meets her clients where they are at the moment and then takes them step by step. Simone finds solutions for everything and always puts her heart and soul into it. Added to this is her empathy and competence as well as her sense of humor.

It is almost impossible to put coaching into words.
It only really becomes comprehensible when you experience it!!!

Admittedly, I was a little skeptical at the beginning as to whether it was really the right thing for me.

But Simone, her team and the group quickly dispelled my doubts.

What do I take away from the coaching?
I was able to learn that it is particularly important to become aware of myself and to appreciate myself as I am.
It has also become important for me to trust my gut feeling and to give my heart the attention it deserves.
As a head person, as I am, this is a real challenge. But I am allowed to grow a little more every day as a result of this challenge.

Before the coaching, I had very strong self-doubt, characterized by insecurity and negative beliefs.

After the coaching, I realized that I was gradually gaining more confidence in myself and that it was completely okay to jump on the bed and not hide under it 😉.

The hypnosis training with Simone and her team is definitely recommended!
I am incredibly proud and happy to have completed the training with Simone and to have become part of the group.
Although the training is online, it feels like you are sitting in the room with everyone in person during the calls.
The exchange and the overall feeling in the group are wonderful.
The live calls take place in the mornings and evenings, which gives you the opportunity to always find a way to take part in one of the calls.
Of course, the theory is first discussed in the calls, but then it's straight into practice. We practise each topic covered in the call together and in small groups. In my opinion, this is a perfect way to keep what you've learned in your head and apply it further. If you miss a call, you always have the opportunity to watch it afterwards on the online portal thanks to the recording.
I myself have grown a lot from the training and have really enjoyed using hypnosis with friends, family and clients.

Where should I start :)
It was the best decision for me to do this online hypnosis training with Simone. I thought back and forth for a long time about whether I would be able to do the training in time and use it the way I would like to because of my daughter (15 months old). Thanks to the great online offer, I was able to look at the content of the training at any time and clarify any open questions in the live calls. Simon's knowledge is incredible. Simone is an incredibly emphatic woman and treats all course participants in a wonderful way and with great appreciation for the other person. You feel part of the 'Simone team' from the very first minute and the exchange with the other course participants is a great enrichment. Knowing that I can still access the learning videos and demo sessions of the training online for up to 3 years is a great treasure.
I have to mention Simone's knowledge again at this point. It is incredible how versatile her knowledge and experience is. Thanks to the demo sessions, "learning on the model" is possible and Simone clearly explains during the sessions which basic techniques she uses and which inner processes are triggered in the client. The concept of the training is successful and well thought out. It is a good mix of live calls, personal learning in the workbook and watching explanatory videos in the online course. Not to forget the lightness and humor that Simone always exudes.

I don't know if there could be any better. This training is very comprehensive and intensive. It's a lot of fun, as is the exchange with the group in the practice sessions. You can access all the information and refresh your knowledge at any time and for months, as all the training tools are recorded. I have been working as a therapist for drama therapy in my own practice for 6 years, but since I have been using hypnosis, my clients have progressed much faster and feel relieved and at ease more quickly. An excellent experience for me was that in the regular calls, after the discussion of the theory and the questions about it, immediately and always practiced themselves. To be accompanied and motivated directly into action in this way is for me learning at a qualitatively high level.

Great, well-founded training! Simone is unique as a personality and it is incredibly fun to listen to her.

Due to a chronic illness ( CED ) and the feeling that this may well be partly due to the divorce of my parents, I had long felt that I had to do something.
By chance I saw a report about Simone on TV and knew immediately that my path must be a common one with Simone.

Her infectious cheerful, loving and non-judgmental manner immediately gave me the feeling that I could open up without any doubts or fears! The fact that Simone also reveals a lot about herself makes it even easier.

Every single session has immediately led to a change in my perception and actions. I am still impressed how much change can happen in 90 minutes.
I would never have thought that I had so many big but also small "construction sites" that held me so captive.

Because she passes on her experience and you learn the techniques yourself, after a total of 6 months I have reached the point where I can easily resolve smaller issues within a few minutes and larger ones perhaps within 30 minutes. That I would ever get to this point, I did not think possible at the beginning.

I am still taking medication for the IBD, but the focus has completely changed. I just know now that this issue, in whatever form, will also go away.
