In the Course, I was able to learn the main changes and innovations of AGILE methodology, with compared with current methodologies. Mainly it is focused to rapid adaptability, options to approach different situations, and show value rapidly.

Now is moment to find application in my Role and in our Team.

The overall experience I had about the 3 days workshop is average, not impressed by the way the content was presented by the teacher, nor the way exercises were done along the modules. The participant guide is useless in digital format and not used at all.

Some negative aspects to mention:
1. Quality of experience: there was a recurring connection problem and re-connections attempts along several lessons from the teacher, several interruptions and problems that made it hard sometimes to follow some concepts.
2. Workshop follow-up: As announced by the teacher, I was expecting a meeting organized as follow-up to check the preparation level for the exam. No feedback received after 5 months, despite messages and email sent to the trainer and the workshop organizers at Alvission.
3. Exam support: I had several questions to clarify about the content for the exam that I wanted to discuss in the follow-up meeting, however I had to clarify them by myself digging into the material from the CoP. I did not receive any link or additional material as case study and others that I ve found useful in order to pass the exam.

The only positive aspect to mention was, by chance, the fact of being in a small group, and being able to ask several questions.
