Mein Führungskräfte Coaching mit Anja Schmitt war eine tolle Erfahrung und hat mich schnell einen großen Schritt vorwärts gebracht. Besonders gefallen hat mir, dass Frau Schmitt das Coaching individuell an meinen Fragen, Wünschen und Herausforderungen ausgerichtet hat. Widerstandskraft ( Resilienz ) stärken

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass Frau Schmitt alle Teilnehmer abgeholt hat …. Unabhängig von Alter, Geschlecht und beruflicher Stellung….. dieses ist ja nicht immer so einfach… auch die Lösungsansätze waren zielgerichtet, nachvollziehbar und hatten ihre Wirkung und werden das Ziel nicht verfehlen.
