The seminar was excellent and absolutely enriching! Ms. Stein impresses with her extensive specialist knowledge and her ability to adapt individually to the group. She reacts to the situation, brings in many practical examples and makes the content humorous and lively. It was particularly valuable that the content is applicable to me both professionally and privately. I gained a lot of new ideas that will help me move forward.

I would like to say a big thank you to Anke Stein, who guided us through the seminar "Appreciative Leadership" for two days with a great deal of expertise, empathy and commitment. For me, it was one of the best seminars I have ever attended.

Anke managed to convey the content not only theoretically, but above all in a practical and lively way. The many great case studies and concrete approaches were extremely instructive and inspiring. She created an atmosphere in which everyone felt valued and was able to actively participate.

The seminar undoubtedly deserves top marks of 1+! Thank you very much, Anke, for this enriching experience and the valuable insights that I can take with me into my everyday professional life. I wish you all the best and hope for more seminars with you!

Anke is a force of nature in the best sense of the word. I've only had the opportunity to get to know her during online appointments, but the positive energy she radiates reaches me even when I'm in front of my PC. I had the pleasure of getting to know Anke as a lecturer during my mediation studies and I am completely impressed by her expertise and commitment. Anke is not only an experienced mediator, but also an outstanding coach. I was particularly impressed by her variety of methods, which I was not familiar with before. Anke is a master at using them in a targeted and extremely effective way. Her approach is fresh and innovative, which greatly enriches the learning process. Anke's workshops are exciting, varied and practice-oriented. I have learned a lot and am grateful for the inspiring time.

Anke is not only professionally competent, but also a wonderful person. What impressed me the most was the sincere appreciation she has for each individual participant. Her ability to respond to individual needs creates an atmosphere of trust and openness.

Her empathy and commitment are infectious. I can unreservedly recommend Anke as a lecturer, mediator and coach.

Together with our team, we had two very well-organized workshops in September. It was great how Anke responded to the situation and spontaneously adapted the concept to the situation and our colleagues. We were able to work out a lot together over the two days, which has also helped us a lot over the last few months. Anke STEIN lives and loves what she says and does. I experience her way of working and approach as very authentic, competent, professional, solution-oriented and entertaining at the same time. As a lecturer in my master's program in mediation, Anke STEIN taught us numerous practical examples, possible solutions for particularly emotional conflicts, and the importance of one's own meditative attitude as a mediator.
