The gastro is a single impudence! Without asking the waitresses at the sauna bar if you can order something, nothing happens! After 30min
I went to the whispering waitresses to ask if someone would like to come to the four full tables. Why not a self-service bar, if the staff ignores the guests anyway? Then one cashier would be enough. Simply terrible at these prices and that now for years.

Hello the spa and the hotel are very nice, but the dinner was a disaster, we waited a good 35 minutes until we got a bottle of wine and that with not full restaurant and buffet, it is a pity that it is such a beautiful ambience is not used accordingly. LG and I hope who reads this, Matthias Binder

Reception TOP totally friendly and helpful
Soup Bistro could use a little less water
Shopping possibility proximity good
Main course freshly adjusted would be good Buffet form makes the hotel again somewhat devalued taste however well
Rooms for direct bookers earlier with babies would be recommended
Places at the babypool to lie hardly available
