I have been a satisfied customer of Auto-Exner for decades now.
Let's put it this way: (almost) anyone can provide standard customer service.
But especially when the vehicle requires an unscheduled visit to the workshop, I always feel that I am in good hands with "Exner".
Nowadays, you are no longer always the well-protected customer in the eyes of the vehicle manufacturer.
This makes it all the more important to have a workshop that fully supports you in special cases.

reliable, fast, flexible

The relatively new salesman was a bit of a flop at the beginning. We found the car we then bought via the Internet. Apart from that, the transaction was relatively problem-free. The desired delivery date was then also a precision landing.
As I have always preferred Opel models except for the last 5 years, I only wanted an Opel. If that hadn't been the case, I wouldn't have bought an Opel that day either. I didn't have to be persuaded! The quality and price are still right! So I spur the advisors on a bit more and buy a car that I don't actually need new again. I missed that a bit.

We received competent advice and everything went very quickly and smoothly. We can highly recommend the good service.

Friendliness and competence

Everything worked really well. I dropped off my previous car and about 20 minutes later I drove out of the yard in my new car. The transaction and advice were also great. Thanks again for the great offer.

We have already leased several vehicles. With Mrs. Möbius from the Hof branch it always works great. Only the woman at the information desk is not exactly customer-friendly.
