After a long search for the ideal car for me and my needs, as well as for my driving skills, the choice was the Opel Crossland. And from the first second of driving (leaving the showroom), I know that I made the right choice. I am mostly satisfied with everything - from the initial offers in the first contact to the realization of the car purchase. The only thing I would like to emphasize is that it is necessary for the seller to emphasize to the buyer the not-so-nice side of everything and all the special costs that go along with it in order to avoid misunderstandings at the end. In any case, in the end, I am a satisfied customer - both with the car and the price, and I assure everyone of my acquaintances, colleagues or neighbors that everything is possible with you. Almost everything good

Only the communication between the call center and the respective salesperson needs a lot of improvement. In my case, messages from reception were not passed on smoothly to the sales department
Another problem was that some emails did not reach the recipient. In my case, not even when I replied directly to an email from the seller.
And of course it would be nice if other employees could also provide information about a purchased vehicle, not just the person who sold it.
In my specific case, I had a question about the status of the inspection and main inspection during the purchase process and was brushed off at reception with the statement that only their salesperson could answer that (who was on vacation, of course), which was not very professional.
