The trainer reaches the participants with his charismatic charisma. He teaches how to deal with every situation in life. You can put what you learn directly into practice, both in the office and in your private life. Very good training to learn how to get along with all colleagues and bosses and how to make my appearance more effective.

We have implemented the "Heroes Mentoring Bronze" and "Leadership Mentoring Bronze" programs for the entire company and the results are already positive. The seminar with Simon was an incredibly valuable and great experience that really made a lasting impression on me. Simon is a super charismatic and authentic speaker who, with his real-life stories, picks up everyone individually where they are. He took us all, each individual, but also us as a team to a new level! We were given extremely good and above all practical tools to improve every day. I was afraid that - because he was commissioned by management - he would only massage their interests in us, but after a very short time I also noticed a change in the management itself! Simon manages to address unpleasant things clearly. This can be difficult to bear at first, but in the end it is an incredible gift - criticism is a proof of love. He made me think with every seminar day, without being missionary and imposing an opinion on you. Simon was also a coach for everyone individually beyond the seminars and supported and accompanied us with our individual topics. The great thing is that the workshops not only help me in the business/professional area, but also allow a lot of transfer into my private life. I attended Simon Bauer's Leadership Mentoring training from January to June 2023 and had the opportunity to prepare myself well for new situations relating to managing employees and dealing with customers. My personal highlight was the day on the golf course, because the connection between thinking and acting showed me once again that too many thoughts can also ruin planning. My biggest learning was: thanking is not praising. I still use this and am always pleased with the positive outcome of this and the joy of having brought appreciation to the right place.

As part of our 6-month Hero Mentoring Bronze workshop, the Severn team learned separately from management, who went through almost the same workshop in parallel, how we as a team but also as individuals can practice and implement various techniques (praise-blame-motivation talk) in addition to many other topics. Simon goes into great detail in repeated practical examples. His hero mentoring systematically builds on each other. Simon's personal and authentic way of communicating quickly creates trust. Through targeted tasks (formulating goals and presenting our pitches to the team), Simon encourages and challenges each individual.
