I can only advise anyone not to buy from this company. Absolutely no service. The glass wall of my garden sauna is coming loose after 3 years, the sauna is leaking and wrapped in a tarpaulin. Nobody gets in touch even after hundreds of calls. Absolute disgrace for the company.

We bought a custom-made Salden garden sauna from them in Völkermarkt from Mr. Robert Wendler in 2022. Both the advice and the delivery and support from Ms. Lisa Marie Waldmann were very good. We are still very happy with the sauna. The only fly in the ointment was the hourglass, which broke the first time we used it. We complained, got a new one (same brand) and this was also broken the first time we used the sauna.
Our tip for such a high-quality product is that the little things such as hygrometer, hourglass etc. should also be adapted to the quality. should be adapted to the quality.

I bought a steam shower from Beta Wellness 3 years ago, the steam generator has already had to be replaced twice and I've been waiting a year for the 3rd steam generator, which means I haven't been able to use the steam function for a year!
My inquiries remain unanswered or I am put off from one month to the next!
I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else !!!
I therefore advise you to buy your steam sauna from another company !!!

I ordered a sauna house for over €60,000 at the beginning of May and paid 50% down immediately according to Beta's terms and conditions. The delivery time was given as 6-8 weeks by the seller. As of today 17.09. still no delivery and no information on the delivery date. E-mails are not answered in writing, only by telephone. I have been put off for several weeks by an annoyed lady who tells me to be patient. I have paid over €30,000 and have a right to be reliably informed about the whereabouts of my goods. I have now activated consumer protection & can only advise everyone not to buy from this company. I am very annoyed even before delivery and hope for a solution soon.

We are extremely satisfied with our SwimSpa and the entire process via Beta Wellness. From the very first contact, the advice and friendliness was very professional and pleasant. The precise planning and implementation of the installation was also carried out quickly at Diapo and completely adapted to our needs. When the spa was delivered, we also had a very friendly technician who took a lot of time to set everything up in detail and explain everything to us in peace and quiet. My wife and I wanted to buy a sauna from an Austrian company. After the purchase and the 50% down payment, a Slovenian company contacted us and gave us a very inflexible installation date. After the late installation date given, 2 fitters arrived at 1/2 noon and started the installation. We were told to pay the remaining 50% beforehand. At 17:30 the fitters informed us that they had taken the wrong glass with them. After inquiring, we were informed the next day that the glass would be installed the following week. This week we were called to say that they would deliver the glass next week. If you want to buy carefree, this is not the right place.

How fairy tales come true.
Do you dream about your own swimspa? Are you afraid of the worries associated with it?
Visit the Beta Wellness showroom in Vösendorf. Mr. Dominik Hübner explains everything very patiently and finally tells you a fairy tale that if you decide for Beta swimspa, it will be installed and in operation in two days after delivery ... hm, who believes that ?
We ordered anyway. Nine days after the down payment Harald (Mr. Kanzler) arrived with his team from HK Poolbau. In one day the swimspa was completely dug into the ground, filled in and filled with water. The next day Thomas (Mr. Eder) from Beta Wellness arrived. The pool was switched on, everything was carefully explained and shown and put into operation ...
Since then I believe in fairy tales again .
