I have already been trained for 3 years by a Bodystreet studio - in the final phase 2x a week - for my Atlantic crossing with a 17m sailing yacht. After that I was fortunately accepted by Bodystreet Schloss Charlottenburg. The training is super with the even more super trainers I am with my 62 years fit in everyday life, for cycling and sailing. I thank the crew, my tormentor-in-chief Julian, just as bad are the women Tami and Johanna, for their hardcore training, the merciless curb the last to give and the many fun and laughter! Thank you very much and I am looking forward to seeing you! Stay healthy and cheerful and be prepared, there is - concerning me - hard work waiting for you!

Location and equipment don't do everything either. The trainers on site are also important. And these are there simply the hammer. And Alex is the ultimate! Without him I would sometimes skip the workout. He motivates you like no other. This is not only his profession - I think it is his vocation!
