Der Berater vom Wirtschaftshaus war sehr kompetent und konnte uns jede Frage beantworten. Wir waren zunächst eher skeptisch, aber es ist alles eingetreten. Pünktliche Mietzahlung und toller Service aus der Verwaltung. Wir haben für uns die richtige Entscheidung getroffen unser Geld sicher anzulegen.

Investiert seit 2003 in 3 Pflegeobjekten. Stets zufrieden, pünktlicher regelmäßiger Pachteingang, hohe Rendite durch automatischer Pachterhöhung. Keine Instandhaltungskosten, man braucht sich einfach um nichts kümmern. sicherer Kapitalaufbau mit sozialem Aspekt.
