I have successfully completed my two-year retraining program to become an IT specialist for system integration at CBM Projektmanagement GmbH, and I am very satisfied overall.

I particularly appreciated the warm and genuine manner in which the instructors and staff at CBM interacted with students. I also really liked that all classes were held 100% in person; with many other providers, you almost never see the staff in the flesh anymore, and that definitely makes a significant difference in terms of motivation. CBM is also a great choice for preparing for exams and Chamber of Commerce procedures, as the staff includes examiners who can help you avoid various pitfalls.
From my perspective as an IT specialist in application development, I can conclude by saying that the quality of the instructors in the advanced course was mostly good to very good, though one instructor was less well-suited to the role and struggled to convey the material effectively, which led to some frustration. However, this does not detract from the overall impression, and I can definitely recommend CBM as an educational provider.

Absolutely perfect for any system integrator. Ms. Faber does an excellent job of conveying her knowledge in an enthusiastic and effective way. The application developers had nothing but praise for Mr. Bilgin Sahin (external consultant).

The fact that attendance is compulsory not only for participants but also for lecturers is outstanding! This should be advertised much more openly.

There is one lecturer who is simply not suitable for this profession. This has been mentioned often enough.
