Above all, it is the people who work there. simply nice and competent staff. helpful, polite. From the trainee for motorcycles to the workshop manager to the sales staff. All a great team. That just makes it ! I feel comfortable there and very well taken care of.

Recommendation
I was able to take delivery of my BMW from Mr. Steinmetz in January. I felt extremely well advised and looked after from the first contact as recently as December last year until I picked it up. Mr. Steinmetz was always available and patient when I had questions. The handover of the vehicle was uncomplicated and unbureaucratic. Unfortunately, the dealership is not necessarily within easy reach, otherwise I would also choose it for the service area/workshop. Many thanks in particular to Mr. Steinmetz.

A heartfelt thank you to the Cloppenburg Group in Ilmenau, especially to the nice salesman (Can Kurt) from the dealership, the advice and conversations were super friendly and accommodating, also I would like to thank my agent (Dominique Hauck) for advice and action of my new car also here was the cooperation and friendliness with nothing to exceed.
