We had to replace our old air conditioning system because it was defective. Our previous company, which had also carried out the maintenance work on the old system, was only able to send us a quote by email after several requests. We therefore decided to change providers and are extremely satisfied with the speedy appointment, advice and installation.

The quotation was prepared quickly. After the order was placed, the installation was scheduled at short notice.
The employees were very friendly and professional. They covered all surfaces in the room so that nothing got dirty during the core drilling. The work was carried out cleanly and precisely. The employees left everything extremely clean and tidy.
We had an air conditioning system installed in our bedroom in December to be prepared for the new year. The Cool Condition team was very quick to advise, quote and install. Extremely capable and friendly fitters, very good customer service contact and professionally installed branded appliances.

At first I was skeptical whether the system would achieve the promised heating output, but it was no problem even at -6 degrees (multisplit with two indoor units, condominium approx. 72 square meters, built in 1970, standard insulation). Hardly or not at all audible (only when heating up)
Very customer-oriented advice compared to two other companies. Again for the next project!
