Vielen dank für alles wir haben uns zwei Jahre lang sehr gut und sicher gefühlt, wir hatten nie Probleme in all der Zeit. Leider mussten wir in der Vergangenheit genug negative Erfahrungen sammeln. Vielen dank auch an die ganzen Betreuungskräfte die immer freundlich und zuvorkommend waren, auch wenn meine Mutter nicht ganz leicht war.
