We are extremely satisfied with the services of Telefonhelden, who act as an external call center for our hotels.
In view of the current challenges in the personnel sector, this decision was a complete success.
The preparations were carried out by the management of Telefonhelden with great care and in close coordination with us. The team excelled in providing comprehensive advice and answering all relevant questions. Their support also goes beyond the set-up phase, and they always have an open ear for concerns and optimizations. The Telefonhelden took over the telephone check-in procedure and booking acceptance of our guests around the clock, efficiently and professionally.

We would choose to work with them again at any time and can recommend them without reservation.

Very good working atmosphere without stress and nerves. Colleagues are very nice and helpful, no matter when and at what time, there is always someone available.
Rarely have I felt so comfortable with an employer and with colleagues because no matter where there is a problem, someone takes care of you or tries to help you if necessary because the employees here are very much appreciated.
Family matters are respected and short-term changes that require support are taken very seriously and helped by the employers.
The motto is one for all, all for one.
Keep up the good work!!!

I have been working for Telefonhelden for more than a year. I am very happy to be here. We have a very pleasant working atmosphere and a team that always supports each other. As far as salaries are concerned, the salary here is at a higher level compared to other customer advisors. In conclusion, I can say that I have never seen anyone who started working at Telefonhelden and was unhappy afterwards.

I have been using Telefonhelden for a year now. Since I had previously taken the phone off myself as a lone fighter and it was simply too much I got the support of the telephone heroes. And I must say, it has me enormously much freedom provided I was so glad about this great relief. Of course, it is simply a pure telephone answering service, which can not cover any technical topics or can only give limited information but for the purpose of coping with the calls simply super. The phone is answered in a friendly and competent manner.
In the meantime, I have an employee who now takes over the telephone service on site, which for me is simply of a higher quality sooner or later.
However, I would fall back on the telephone heroes at any time, should I need them again.
Overall, the price-performance ratio is top.

Thank you for the good cooperation and who knows maybe until someday ;-)

In search of a competent partner to handle our German-speaking customer inquiries (mail, phone, chat), we came across Telefonhelden.
Our request was processed immediately and the first call was not long in coming.
The nice lady on the phone was very competent. Whether technical or organizational issues were answered professionally, so that no questions remained unanswered after the conversation.
To our surprise, we were also offered an English- as well as a French-speaking hotline, which we gratefully accepted.
The costs were clearly listed and it was calculated exactly as discussed. There were no hidden costs.
A big THANK YOU to the entire team for the great cooperation.

I run an income tax advice center in Munich-Giesing. With the help of Telefonhelden, I can offer my customers a level of availability that I would not be able to achieve on my own. The crucial thing, however, is that the Telefonhelden answer the calls professionally and pass on the callbacks to me with the request content. This allows me to call back the customer inquiries in blocks. This ensures that I can concentrate on my work and am not constantly interrupted by calls. This helps me immensely in my daily work and I can definitely recommend Telefonhelden and advise everyone to give this service a try. It will be good for the quality of your work.

I have been a customer of Telefonhelden for several years and am extremely satisfied with their comprehensive service. They are a great relief for me, take care of my appointments, answer telephone inquiries and send me meaningful conversation notes, so that I already know what my customer wants to discuss with me before a callback.


Thanks to this great service, I save a lot of time and nerves and can work on my customers' documents in peace. My customers are also thrilled that they have the same nice ladies on the line every time, who can competently answer most of the questions themselves and, in difficult cases, take care of it directly so that they get a callback.

I have been working at Telefonhelden since 2013 and am very happy to have found this job. Due to major physical problems, it is very difficult for me to find a suitable job that takes into account me and my limitations. Fortunately, I have found this with the Telefonhelden and their great team.

You work there like in a big family. Everyone supports each other and is happy to step in for others when needed. The working atmosphere is very positive and it is simply fun to work with this fantastic team.

The work is very varied. You come into contact with many different people every day and it is never boring to work here.

Our boss promotes the talents of the individual employees very individually and is committed to their needs. She also always has an open ear for our worries and needs.

Because we always adapt individually to the needs of the customers and find a perfect solution for their requirements, I have the chance to grow daily in my tasks, to learn new things and am often faced with new exciting challenges. I am very happy to have found this great work family and I am glad to be needed and appreciated there.
