Dr. Moser works in a very structured way, asks questions, follows up and always comes back to the actual point, to the agreed goal. That is extremely valuable. It took me a moment to get used to the fact that she doesn't let you get away with digressing unnecessarily - in a very cordial manner and at eye level. However, she doesn't miss new aspects and she also records them so that she can check later whether further coaching is required. In this way, no time is lost, but neither is any topic that arises from the coaching.
