Everything worked out super well. I couldn't have done it without the experience and support of Emirates Setup.
I arrived on a Tuesday morning and at 13:00 I was ready to go. A few days later I opened a bank account and the following week on Friday I also received the documents from the bank in person, so I got everything done.
So if you want to do it all in one go, it is recommended to stay for 2 weeks and stir everything through quickly. Otherwise, 7 to 10 days would also be enough. But then you have to receive the documents from the bank at the next visit and in the meantime you cannot withdraw any money from the account (only accept payments).
And another tip: I do it so that I use my UAE mobile number on WhatsApp for Business (free) and my German mobile number on the normal WhatApp. This way I can use both numbers on one phone, since I also have an eSIM (so I can also accept calls with both numbers).

First of all, I am the most skeptical person in the world, especially since I have heard from acquaintances that they themselves have already been ripped off. Not ripped off in the sense that they were stolen from but ripped off in that they were sold a freezone that is blacklisted by the banks. What do you want with a company that has no bank account?
I have phoned in advance with Mrs. Barbara Rössler several times from Germany and have riddled her with questions (the poor thing has but also a patience)))
I was also very skeptical at first why Emirates setup is so cheap. I have of course inquired in advance with several companies for company setups. All of them were at least 50% more expensive. The best one was even 110% more expensive with the reason that he goes out to eat with his customers in between and makes boat trips where one could make contacts, jet ski tours etc. :)))
It was really not easy for me to transfer a five-digit sum blindly without having seen anyone before. But you must not forget that there is no crime in the UAE and if there is an official registered company like Emirates Setup (AUSTRIANS LLC) behind it nothing can go wrong. (unlike my acquaintance who did something through an acquaintance and finally burned his coal and achieved nothing).
After receipt of payment she has already initiated everything so that I could start directly after the arrival in Dubai. I was really professionally guided through. For each way you have to do it yourself there are (idiot-proof) So idiot-proof that I have sometimes not seen the forest for the trees and poor Barbara annoyed where she has pointed out to me more often where it is (BUT always nice and friendly and respectful!!!)

My time in Dubai was short but she managed everything absolutely to my satisfaction and in my time frame.
During the whole process I didn't even see dear Barbara to thank her personally or to hand over a small gift.
It all went via WhatsApp and mail.
CONCLUSION: I am thrilled with the reliability and professionalism and will continue to do all future extensions etc. only through Emirates Setup.
